HipPurse LLC Wins the NERAC
Business Innovation Award

Hartford, CT – November 13th, 2008 HipPurse LLC is proud to announce that they have received the NERAC Business Innovation Award from The Hartford Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs (HYPE) group which is an initiative of the Metro Hartford Alliance.  The company was recognized for the unique design and function of the HipPurse.

The women were presented the award at the first annual “HYPE Entrepreneurship Awards” event that was held at the beautiful Bond Ball Room in downtown Hartford.  The company was awarded a $1000 cash prize, a certificate and a plaque.  Marketing Director, Kenya D’Agustino, told the group, “We feel honored and we’re so thankful for this award!”  She continued to say, “We worked very hard perfecting this patent and it’s just so nice to be recognized for all of our hard work from organizations like this.”
